Stars are shown in a metallic silver tone atop a deep black backdrop, allowing every shape to pop. Upgrade to the larger 8.5″ globe for an enhanced version with additional detail, including outlines of each constellation along with historical information on the legends for which they are named. The MG-85-STA comes with a clear three pronged acrylic stand, however there are more MOVA Globe stands to choose from right here.
